September 8th

Here's what we did today:
Reading-Today we continued using the questioning technique to explore some more non-fiction.

Writing-Students worked on completing their drafts.

Social Studies-We discussed some of the features and landforms of the Mountain States.

Math-Students took the Chapter 2 test.

Word Study-Groups 1/2 did a buddy check to prepare for their test tomorrow.  I met with Group 4 to complete their word sort and group 3 worked on their contract.

Reading-Read

Writing-Finish writing draft if you haven't already.

Spelling-Groups 1/2 test tomorrow

Math-Practice multiplcation facts.

Social Studies-Practice states and capitals.
