I hope you had a fabulous Friday! Here's what we did today:

Reading: We spent some time filling out our job applications to prepare for the field trip.  Groups also met.

Writing: We continued discussing personal narratives by hearing an example about a girl telling a memory of a story her grandmother told her.

Social Studes:  Students completed their glogs and worked on the first page of their new packets.

Math: Reviewed Ch. 6 in small groups.

Word Study: Groups 3 and 4 got their lists while Groups 1 and 2 worked on their contracts.

Homework:
Read and Write
Math: Study for Ch. 6 Test on Monday and complete Downhill Data sheet for extra practice.
Social Studies: Packet due Wednesday 10/26 and Ch.1 Test Thursday 10/27.
