I hope everyone had a great weekend! Here's what we did today.
Writing: Students visited the library and picked out new commitment books.
Reading: We talked about how an inference is formed from personal experience and information from a book.
Social Studies: We discussed Pangea and how it affected landforms in Missouri.
Math: Students learned mean, median and mode. We used a calculator in class but for homework they can write out the division problem they would use to find the mean.
Grammar: Students made a chart with verbs and adverbs and identified them in a short story.
