Valentine's Day!
Happy Valentine's Day! We had a fun today at our party. Thank you so much to all the parents who helped out and sent in items. Thank you especially to Mrs. Rodgers who organized all the parties this year!
Here's what else we did today:
Math-We learned how to compare and order fractions. The easiest way to compare fractions with different numerators and denominators is to use the shoelace method. Ask your child to show you this. For ordering fractions, we use a number line and first decide if the fractions are greater or less than 1/2. Then we do the shoelace method.
Students also took the Chapter 19 quiz.
Homework:
Math-WS 21.3.
A reminder that tomorrow is early release and school lets out at 1:40.
Have a great night!
