Happy October! You probably noticed the calendar I added to the top of the blog. I hope this helps point out some important dates.
Today we used elapsed time to make schedules in Math, did peer revising in Writing, and visited the library to learn about databases. Groups 3 and 4 did their word sort and students had time for two Daily Five centers.

Social Studies-The States and Capitals test will be October 18th. Students also have the option to take the extra credit which will be labeling the locations of all 50 states.
Word Study-1/2--Test/Contract on Wednesday, 3/4--Test/Contract on Thursday
