About me!

We're going to have a great time getting to know each other throughout the year!  Here's a little bit about me:

~I am married to my wonderful husband Ryan. We'll celebrate our second anniversary this September!

~I have two younger sisters, one younger brother, a younger stepbrother and a younger stepsister.  I spend a lot of time with all of them and also with my parents.

~I have a dog named Tessie.  She's a mix between a lab and a collie so we like to call her Lollie sometimes!

~My sister just had my first niece this summer.  Her name is Audrey and she's adorable!

~I love reading!  I got a Nook this summer and have spent many, many hours reading!  

~My other favorite thing to do is watch movies!  I especially love old movies and James Dean is my favorite actor.

Welcome to 4th Grade!

I am so excited to meet all of my new fourth graders!  We are going to have a great year as you all take a walk down the red carpet and become the stars of Room 40!  There are lots of fun events to open up the new year at Concord and we'll start with an ice cream social on August 11th.  I hope to see all of you there!  Feel free to post below and let us know what you did this summer or what you're looking forward to this year.  I'll post as an example.  Make sure to use only your first name.  See you in Hollywood!
